Description

You will build and maintain large-scale AI-driven systems using GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including exploration, design, modeling, training, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and integrate GenAI capabilities using LLM fine-tuning and RAG enablement.
• Design multi-agent workflows incorporating reflection, response verification, and citing sources.
• Implement Agentic AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop methodologies to prevent hallucinations and increase accuracy.
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs to enhance model context and reasoning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development.
• Deep expertise in GenAI and LLM integration.
• Proven experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience designing agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of implementing response verification and source citation.
• Ability to deploy and maintain AI systems at scale.
