Description

You will develop and maintain conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI systems using Dialogflow CX and CCAI.
• Build, tune, and maintain NLP models, intents, and conversation flows.
• Integrate Contact Center AI (CCAI) with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Implement AI services on GCP using Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.
• Monitor AI performance and analyze conversation data for optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI development.
• Hands-on experience with Google CES and CCAI.
• Expertise in Google CES, CCAI, and Dialogflow CX.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with GCP and REST API integrations.
• Strong fundamentals in Conversational AI and NLP.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Vertex AI or Generative AI.
• Experience in contact center or telecom environments.
