Build and maintain enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced automations, integrations, and agent experiences using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Implement connector-based access to enterprise and LOB systems aligned with architecture patterns.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, supportable solutions with proper ALM and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and design reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, and automation.
• Strong proficiency in APIs and integration patterns for enterprise business solutions.
• Experience building secure data access and reusable components.
• Deep understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance.
• Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience in regulated environments and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
