Design and build AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI applications using Dialogflow CX and CCAI.
• Build, tune, and maintain NLP models, intents, and conversation flows.
• Integrate CES solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Implement and deploy AI services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub).
• Monitor system performance and optimize conversation analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google CES, CCAI, and Dialogflow CX.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience deploying services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of REST API integrations.
• Strong fundamentals in Conversational AI and NLP.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Vertex AI and Generative AI.
• Google Cloud certification.
