Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AIpowered solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring cuttingedge machine learning models and AI applications into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and platforms.
• Deploy models using cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and retrain as needed.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development (can be adjusted based on level).
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and model serving frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe).
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, etc.
