You will develop and deploy GenAI and agentic AI systems that integrate with enterprise IT infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI systems with planning, reasoning, and decision-making components.
• Apply NLP techniques for text generation, understanding, and summarization.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise IT systems.
• Deploy GenAI/LLM powered applications and products.
• Work in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years developing and deploying GenAI/LLM powered applications.
• 1+ years building Agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms for agent training.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM, Salesforce).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and their coordination.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
