Description

You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/Agentic applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAG pipelines and integrate AI systems with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Write clean, optimized, and testable code for AI, backend, and orchestration workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize agent behaviors and end-to-end AI systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI or similar).
• Proficiency in a major cloud platform (AWS Bedrock / AWS SageMaker / Azure OpenAI / GCP Vertex AI).
• Experience building GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and evaluation workflows.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scalable deployment.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Experience integrating AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise data systems.
• Data engineering experience with vector databases, graph databases, and ingestion pipelines.
• Experience in agent evaluation, scoring functions, debugging, and observability tools.
