You will design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions and deep learning models to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement neural network architectures tailored to specific tasks, with a focus on GenAI and LLMs.
• Process and visualize complex data to extract actionable insights and streamline automation.
• Deploy AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, ensuring security and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver impactful AI results.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain.
• Specialized knowledge in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building data pipelines for large-scale ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of RAG and Vector DB concepts.
• Strong understanding of mathematical principles underpinning AI algorithms.
• Expertise in natural language processing and AI security.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to incorporate AI models from initial idea to execution.
