You will design and build AI-powered solutions across the stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions leveraging Azure services like OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Vision, and Document Intelligence.
• Build and iterate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including GraphRAG and OmniRAG architectures.
• Rapidly prototype use cases involving document digitization, data vectorization, and AI content workflows.
• Contribute to agent-based orchestration frameworks integrated with APIs and modern platforms.
• Prepare and label structured training datasets for text and image-based models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software or AI/ML development.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, specifically OpenAI and Cognitive Search.
• Proven experience designing RAG-based AI systems and knowledge-grounded architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Azure’s AI SDK.
• Ability to build data pipelines for training models and interpret engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with agent-based systems and orchestration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to JavaScript or Node.js.
