You will design, develop, and implement AI solutions to improve business processes and decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Build data engineering solutions to ingest, preprocess, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Train AI models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques and deploy them to production.
• Refine and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
• Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms and model deployment.
• Any Graduate degree.
