Key Responsibilities

• Build enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related services.

• Develop advanced automations, integrations, reusable components, and agent experiences.

• Implement connector-based access to enterprise and LOB systems in alignment with architecture patterns.

• Translate architecture and product requirements into scalable, supportable solutions.

• Support solution packaging, ALM, testing, release readiness, and operational handoff.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, design reviews, and dev best practices.

• Collaborate with architects, product managers, reporting teams, and security/governance stakeholders.

Required Skills:  

• Strong hands-on experience AI solutions with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Experience building enterprise business solutions with secure data access and reusable components.

• Strong understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.

• Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.

• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.

• Experience in regulated environments and enterprise-grade delivery standards.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: (8+ years’ experience)

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Experience building enterprise business solutions with secure data access and reusable components.

• Strong understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.

• Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.

FLEX SKILLS:

• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.

• Experience in regulated environments and enterprise-grade delivery standards.

EDUCATION:

• Open to looking at experience in lieu of education, HS degree minimum

• Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus
