Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise use cases.

You will own the full lifecycle of AI-driven applications, from backend systems and APIs to RAG implementations and vector database integration.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate vector databases.
• Develop AI Agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of strong software development experience.
• Expert-level coding skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Experience using GitHub Copilot in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP AI services.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, MLOps, Kubernetes, Knowledge Graphs.
