Description

You will design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and solutions using MS Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and integration specifications while ensuring compliance with security and Responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in API development, integrations, and enterprise data connectivity using REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI experience.
• Microsoft Certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI.
