Description

You will design and implement AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and automation in collaboration with Requirements and Test Automation teams.
• Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support team AI integration into daily workflows.
• Develop automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio and generative AI, ensuring executability on client laptops.
• Train designated team members on executing and maintaining AI scripts and programs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of specialized AI development experience using Visual Studio, Crew AI, or Co-pilot.
• Demonstrated expertise developing solutions with Visual Studio Code and Python to harness generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience developing AI tools to generate technical requirements from business user stories.
• Experience integrating existing test automation frameworks with AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
