Description

Design and develop AI-augmented test automation scripts using Selenium and Python to accelerate creation, maintenance, and self-healing of test suites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and generative AI models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Databricks) to enhance automation capabilities.
• Integrate AI-based solutions into the existing Python test automation framework to improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure all AI scripts and programs are fully executable on postal-issued laptops within approved security and environment constraints.
• Train designated team members to execute, troubleshoot, and maintain the AI scripts and programs.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of specialized AI development or software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python Development and Selenium Automation Testing.
• Experience building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, and/or Databricks.
• Proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions.
• Strong skills in documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of self-healing automation frameworks and API testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation and tools like PyTest or Robot Framework.
