AI Developer

You will own the end-to-end development life cycle for client AI solutions, moving concepts from whiteboard to production.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize client pain points into concise problem statements, success metrics, and guardrails.
• Rapidly build and iterate on end-to-end prototypes using modern AI frameworks.
• Elevate promising Proofs of Concept into client-compliant pilots, integrating CI/CD.
• Track emerging GenAI trends and run spike proofs to gauge technical fit.
• Produce all necessary delivery artifacts, including architecture diagrams and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years delivering data products or full-stack applications.
• 1+ year building and deploying GenAI applications.
• Practical experience with AWS core services, specifically Bedrock or SageMaker for LLM hosting.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, leveraging frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with IaC tools, including Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Working knowledge of vector stores and modern frontends (React/Next.js).
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Demonstrated ability to compress idea-to-pilot into under 90 days.
