Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models and GenAI solutions using Keras, PyTorch, and Microsoft Copilot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI algorithms and models using Keras, PyTorch, and GenAI approaches.
• Build production-grade AI components and services with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Drive model optimization, deployment strategies, and ensure reliable operation in production.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and integrations using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML development and delivery.
• Hands-on proficiency with Keras and PyTorch for model development.
• Experience with GenAI approaches and large language model integration.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for workflow implementation.
• Ability to lead delivery of AI services with production-grade reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud experience for AI model and service deployment.
• Python development experience.
