Description

You will build the tooling and self-service capabilities required to deploy AI solutions across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop common, reusable solutions to scale Generative AI use cases using pre-trained and fine-tuned models.
• Build and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Design and implement Agentic Orchestration and Agent Builder frameworks.
• Ensure platform reliability through automated logging, monitoring, metrics, and Blue/Green release strategies.
• Orchestrate deployments using GitOps methods and container registries like JFrog Artifactory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development, specifically with Python (Flask or FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift workload management.
• Proficiency in Python with expertise in multiprocessing, multithreading, and asynchronous I/O.
• Strong background in data engineering including SQL, NoSQL, Big Data, Kafka, and Redis.
• Experience designing and managing RESTful services for large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD via Jenkins and GitOps deployment patterns.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry tools including Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Cortex.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, secure coding practices, and information security.
• Familiarity with deep learning and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on use of LangChain or LangGraph for multi-agent workflow automation.
• Understanding of ModelOps, MLOps, and LLMOps.
