You will modernize and optimize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation to improve team productivity and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Optimize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance team productivity.
• Analyze sprint flow and identify bottlenecks using Azure DevOps and AI insights to manage risks proactively.
• Refine backlogs by using AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination by uncovering delivery impacts through AI-driven insights.
• Generate automated reports, dashboards, and summaries using M365 and Copilot Studio for governance and leadership updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Proficiency with AI tools including Copilot and M365-based AI.
• Experience with automation platforms and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for decision-making.
• Agile methodology expertise.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.
