Description

You will modernize and optimize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance team productivity and predictability. You leverage Azure DevOps and AI insights to analyze sprint flow, identify bottlenecks, and surface risks early for proactive management. You support backlog refinement by utilizing AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility, ensuring readiness for sprints. You facilitate cross-team coordination by uncovering dependencies and delivery impacts through AI-driven insights, promoting alignment and transparency. You generate automated reports, dashboards, and summaries using M365 and Copilot Studio to streamline governance and leadership updates.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot and M365-based AI.
• Experience with workflows or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for better decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to support team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-paced environments.
