Modernize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Azure DevOps and AI insights to analyze sprint flow, identify bottlenecks, and surface risks early for proactive management.
• Support backlog refinement by utilizing AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination by uncovering dependencies and delivery impacts through AI-driven insights.
• Generate automated reports, dashboards, and summaries using M365 and Copilot Studio to streamline governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot and M365-based AI.
• Experience with workflows or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Scrum methodology expertise.
