Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver measurable SDLC productivity improvement through AI-enabled practices, achieving equivalent or higher delivery output with reduced or stabilized headcount.
• Drive AI adoption and maximize associated efficiency gains across the SDLC by connecting and educating teams on best-in-class AI practices.
• Define structured learning pathways aligned to SDLC roles and curate hands-on learning experiences for team members.
• Standardize best practices and tool usage across SDLC phases to ensure consistency and quality.
• Build a community of AI practitioners across programs and track and publish adoption metrics.
• Partner with BU leaders, Section Leaders and Program Managers to identify high value AI opportunities and prioritize based on ROI.
• Define, design, and deliver the target Agentic AI-enabled SDLC, ensuring architectural robustness, scalable implementation, and tangible business value realization.
• Maximize business outcomes by industrializing reusable AI use cases and tools, fostering cross-program reuse, and accelerating value realization.

Experience Required: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery management, and transformation projects. 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale delivery programs. Relevant transformation experience driving AI adoption across organizations and leading communities of AI practitioners.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
