Description

You will drive AI adoption across the SDLC to improve delivery productivity and efficiency. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable SDLC productivity improvements through AI-enabled practices, stabilizing headcount while maintaining output.
• Define and design the target Agentic AI-enabled SDLC, ensuring scalable implementation and architectural robustness.
• Partner with business unit and program leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and prioritize based on ROI.
• Standardize best practices and tool usage across SDLC phases to ensure consistency and quality.
• Build a community of AI practitioners and track/publish adoption metrics.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery management, and transformation projects.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale delivery programs.
• Proven experience driving AI adoption across organizations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC phases and enterprise scale programs.
• Ability to define structured learning pathways and curate hands-on experiences.
• Experience in industrializing reusable AI use cases and tools.
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills.
