You accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption by identifying high-impact opportunities and designing scalable solutions for non-engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with non-engineering leaders to assess workflows and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Design AI-enabled workflow approaches that integrate with enterprise systems and approved tooling environments.
• Translate use cases into implementation-ready materials, including process maps, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Align cross-functional initiatives with enterprise governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead enablement and change adoption efforts while documenting repeatable patterns and playbooks for scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, solutions architecture, or technical program management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation and technology adoption in complex environments.
• Experience assessing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Ability to translate between executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Experience working within enterprise environments with established governance and compliance expectations.
• Strong skills in defining success measures and using data to evaluate outcomes.
• Experience in Enterprise AI, Workflow Automation, or Integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a private equity-backed software company or performance-driven operating environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms or service platforms for business process transformation.
