Description

You will design and build autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines that reason, act, and integrate across tools and data sources. You own the development of agentic workflows, from prototyping in Cursor AI to deploying scalable APIs for model access and service orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines using vector stores and embedding models for contextual knowledge integration.
• Develop agentic workflows that integrate APIs, vector databases, and third-party tools.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype, debug, and deploy agent-based applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Python skills; Go or Node.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience developing autonomous agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, including vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), embedding models, and retrieval tuning.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration setups.
• Practical experience using Cursor AI for development, debugging, and agent orchestration.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, including fine-tuning strategies and evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks beyond the core stack.
• Background in integrating AI-driven features with seamless developer experience.
