Description

You will design, develop, and optimize AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage across diverse data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines for contextual knowledge integration and retrieval tuning.
• Develop, integrate, and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party tools.
• Leverage Cursor AI and similar platforms to prototype, debug, and deploy agent-based applications.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement AI-driven features with a seamless developer experience.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing autonomous agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with RAG architectures, including vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration setups.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Cursor AI for development and agent orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go or Node.js.
• Knowledge of additional LLM and agent orchestration frameworks beyond LangChain/AutoGen.
