Description

You will design and build autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines that reason, act, and interact across tools and data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines, integrating vector stores and retrieval tuning for contextual knowledge.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector databases, and third-party tools.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures, including vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Cursor AI for development and agent orchestration.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning strategies and evaluation frameworks.
