Description

You will design and build autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines that reason, act, and integrate across tools and data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines using vector stores and embedding models.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party tools.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype and deploy agent-based applications.
• Build scalable APIs for model access and service orchestration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with RAG architectures, including vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval tuning.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
• Experience with Cursor AI for development and agent orchestration.
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning strategies and evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go or Node.js.
• Background in multi-agent collaboration setups.
