Design, develop, and optimize autonomous AI agents that reason, act, and interact across tools and data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune RAG pipelines for contextual knowledge integration using vector stores and embedding models.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows across APIs, third-party tools, and multi-agent collaboration setups.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype, debug, and deploy agent-based applications.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.
• Implement tool calling, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks for LLMs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python; Go or Node.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, including FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience with Cursor AI for development and agent orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent collaboration setups and autonomous agent development.
• Familiarity with tool calling mechanisms and evaluation frameworks.
