You will architect and build AI solutions for complex healthcare Payor challenges, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for healthcare Payor use cases.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate needs into functional AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain the AI architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Payor space of the healthcare industry.
• Several years of enterprise architecture skills with a recent focus on AI.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI and OpenAI.
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with MLOps.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating business objectives into technical AI architectures.
