Description

You will design, build, and maintain autonomous AI agents and scalable backend services in Atlanta, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-agent workflows, prompt chains, and tool-calling logic using Python and LangChain.
• Build and optimize production-grade RAG pipelines, including semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and context compression.
• Develop scalable AI backend services, ensuring security via guardrails and operational excellence in GCP.
• Triage and resolve agent failures by analyzing traces (LangSmith, Arize) and debugging memory or loop errors.
• Document agent architectures, prompt templates, and chains of thought to enable team iteration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT engineering experience with strong Python proficiency for processing unstructured data.
• 1+ year architecting autonomous agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration (Google ADK/A2A preferred).
• 2+ years engineering production RAG pipelines with advanced retrieval strategies (semantic, lexical, hybrid) and reranking.
• 1+ year building and scaling Vector Search infrastructure and embedding pipelines (FAISS, PGVector).
• 1+ year deploying and scaling AI backend services in GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 1+ year implementing AI security, including prompt injection mitigation and hallucination reduction.
• Experience with LLMOps, evaluation pipelines, and CI/CD/Infrastructure-as-code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP services (Dataflow, BigQuery, Spanner, Vertex AI, Cloud Run).
• Working knowledge of Java for data processing.
• Familiarity with Graph Databases.
