Job Description:
5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions.
Experience with AI agents, GenAI applications, workflow automation, or agent-assisted development
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions.
Strong collaboration skills with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams.
Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms.
Understanding of secure, compliant, and governed use of business applications and data.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred skills and attributes for this role:
7+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience.
Experience deploying AI solutions in a large enterprise environment.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation frameworks, data integration, or low-code/no-code AI platforms.
Experience coaching engineering teams on AI adoption and best practices.
Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience.
Experience working with US-based leadership and distributed engineering teams. 

Primary responsibilities for this role:
Design, prototype, validate, and operationalize AI-powered solutions and agents.
Develop agent-assisted workflows, automation, and reusable AI capabilities.
Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with portfolio priorities
