Description

You will design and implement AI-driven automation to enhance the efficiency, quality, and compliance of digital content operations in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions for automated quality control of email, banner, PDF, and IVA assets.
• Create and maintain an AI-powered PDF/document comparison engine to accelerate regulatory review and ensure alignment with source files.
• Design AI-based PDF annotation capabilities for automated review tagging, comment summarization, and change detection.
• Automate workflows across Veeva PromoMats, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Lead manual and automated quality control aligned with regulatory standards, supporting audit readiness and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development, automation, or MarTech engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva CRM, SFMC, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of PDF processing tools such as PyPDF2, PDFMiner, and OCR libraries.
• Understanding of pharma compliance and digital content governance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical content supply chains or digital factories.
• Background in automating VAE builds, IVA QC, or Veeva metadata validation.
