Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI solutions using generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance internal processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
• Design and implement neural network architectures and conversational AI solutions using Azure Bot Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs and deploy AI solutions that align with Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles.
• Process complex data to extract insights and ensure AI security and compliance.
• Monitor deployed models using Azure Monitor and provide technical mentorship to junior members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI development with a strong foundation in algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, and Pandas.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Experience with Azure data engineering tools such as Data Lake and Databricks.
• Ability to incorporate AI models from initial idea to execution and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Custom Vision and Azure ML model performance tracking.
• Background in data science or engineering with cross-functional collaboration.
