Description

You will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for voice AI and conversation intelligence solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine pattern recognition systems and neural networks for real-world applications.
• Develop NLP-based features to improve speech understanding and real-time assistance.
• Integrate AI models into production-grade software and monitor performance.
• Contribute to research, prototyping, and documentation for scalable software development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate based on user data.

Required Skills

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD in Computer Science from top-tier institutes (IIT, IISc, ISI, NIT, IIIT).
• 0-5 years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech, or dialogue systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages with version control and CI/CD familiarity.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning libraries.
• Ability to work with large-scale data pipelines and optimize model performance.

Preferred Skills

• Background in voice technologies, speech recognition, or conversational AI.
• Experience in automotive or enterprise voice applications.
