Experience: 7–9 Years
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, and Smart Factory operations to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, computer vision-based defect detection, and industrial process optimization.
 

Must-Have Skills
7–9 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL
Manufacturing / Industrial IoT / SCADA / MES domain experience
Time-series and sensor data processing
Predictive maintenance and machine failure prediction
Computer Vision and defect detection
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV
Model deployment using Docker and AWS/Azure
Experience deploying AI models in production environments

Key Responsibilities
Develop ML models to predict equipment failures using industrial sensor data.
Build computer vision solutions to detect product defects on production lines.
Develop AI-powered assistants using LLMs and RAG to search machinery manuals and SOPs.
Deploy and optimize AI models on edge devices and cloud platforms.
Work with factory systems and industrial data to improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with plant managers, process engineers, and software development teams.
