Description

You will own full-stack feature development, DevOps infrastructure, and system architecture for a real-time video and signal processing product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and frontend dashboards with Vue 3.
• Build and support the cross-platform desktop capture client using Rust and Tauri.
• Own end-to-end DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure via GitHub Actions.
• Implement security hardening, authentication, and OWASP practices across APIs and data layers.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive architecture decisions, code quality, and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong Python skills, specifically FastAPI.
• Experience with real-time systems, including WebSockets for streaming video and signal data.
• Proficiency in Vue 3 (Composition API) for complex web dashboards.
• Experience with Rust, particularly Tauri for building native desktop applications.
• Database management with PostgreSQL and embedded encrypted storage (SQLite/SQLCipher).
• DevOps and CI/CD expertise using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and containerization.
• Security-focused mindset with knowledge of OWASP, API hardening, and input validation.
• Testing automation experience using Playwright and pytest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency service design.
• Native or high-level English proficiency for documentation and team collaboration.
