Description

You will design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using hybrid search, vector, keyword, semantic ranking, and metadata enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Apply chunking strategies (fixed size, recursive, semantic, agentic) to optimize document segmentation for retrieval and embedding.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Ollama) for QA, summarization, NER, and sentiment analysis tasks.
• Build and integrate multiagentic systems into enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, AI Search, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.
• Ensure model reliability, performance, and ethical compliance across all deployments.
• Manage security compliance for Azure Subscription resources and enhance the build and release process.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong AI skills.
• Experience building and publishing Digital Assistants and Azure Foundry agents.
• Proficiency in C and Python for building and consuming APIs.
• Expertise with Azure Cloud, specifically Azure AI Services (Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search).
• Experience with generative AI frameworks for solution building and evaluation.
• Experience developing AI agents and understanding Agentic AI concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI SDKs and APIs for solution development.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering to design and optimize prompts for AI models.
• Familiarity with embedding generation techniques and evaluation frameworks for AI Agent responses.
