Description

You will design and implement RAG pipelines using hybrid search, vector keyword semantic ranking, and metadata enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using chunking strategies including fixed size, recursive, semantic, and agentic approaches.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, and Ollama for QA, summarization, NER, and sentiment analysis.
• Build multi-agentic systems and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, AI Search, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.
• Manage security compliance of Azure Subscription resources and maintain the build and release process.
• Coordinate offshore teamwork and participate in SCRUM ceremonies and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development with strong AI skills.
• Proficiency in Python and C.
• Extensive experience building and consuming APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Services.
• Expertise in Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and embedding generation techniques.
• Experience building AI agents and working with Agentic AI concepts.
• Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks for AI agent responses.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and general DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI SDKs and APIs for solution development.

Preferred Skills

• Background in fullstack development.
