Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Build GenAI features by integrating state-of-the-art generative models and LLM workflows into product functionality.
• Develop and optimize LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraph, including orchestration for natural language understanding and generation.
• Implement scalable AI components and ensure they can be deployed reliably in production environments.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and validation to maintain accuracy, performance, and maintainability of both backend and AI systems.

Skills Required:

• Python backend development with Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• 3 - 5.5 years of relevant experience in Python backend and GenAI/LLM engineering
• Strong GenAI/LLM development experience, including building and integrating LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM application workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience working with Claude Code for GenAI development and integration.

Good to Have:

• Experience with OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.

Education: B. Tech/BE or higher
