Description

Build and deploy Generative AI solutions, focusing on LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, including prompt design, response handling, and evaluation.
• Build RAG pipelines that retrieve relevant context and generate grounded answers.
• Integrate AI components with data sources and application services to ensure robust end-to-end behavior.
• Implement quality and safety checks for generated outputs, including relevance and grounding validation.
• Optimize latency and cost for LLM/RAG workflows and support deployment to cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in software engineering or AI.
• Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with production deployment of AI services.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
