Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP to automate event planning and hospitality operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs and Generative AI to transform event management processes.
• Develop intelligent document processing systems to extract and consolidate data from historical resumes, client communications, and CRM sources.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for contextual responses and automated content generation.
• Create NLP pipelines for document parsing, classification, entity recognition, and semantic search.
• Design recommendation engines and predictive analytics models to provide operational insights and optimize event planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale application development.
• Proficiency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Hugging Face models.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex for agent development and workflows.
• Strong background in Machine Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and integrating AI services with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hospitality or event management domain.
• Background in prompt engineering and LLM performance optimization.
