Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and internal productivity tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions within Azure.
• Automate workflows connecting business analysis, AI outputs (e.g., Claude), and delivery pipelines (e.g., Jira).
• Collaborate with AI Architects to ensure alignment with security, governance, and infrastructure standards.
• Support testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based applications in production.
• Strong hands-on development skills with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and agent-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and enterprise security/governance considerations.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation and tool integrations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building internal AI assistants or enterprise productivity tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven workflow tools integrating business analysis to development pipelines.
• Background in enterprise application development prior to AI/LLM-focused work.
