Description

You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade conversational AI solutions and autonomous agents using Azure AI Studio and Databricks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage autonomous AI agents for enterprise-level automation and advanced conversational experiences.
• Develop scalable AI models and monitor performance using VS Code, Databricks, and Azure AI Studio.
• Integrate AI services into web applications via SDK-based clients, task queues, and secure REST endpoints.
• Design secure MLOps pipelines, including model registry security, runtime monitoring, and deployment.
• Fine-tune NLP/LLM performance to ensure reliability and accuracy in a financial context.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with deep understanding of LLMs and NLP.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Databricks ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python backend frameworks: FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience building agentic workflows and autonomous agent architectures.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure tool/API integration.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, including model registry and runtime monitoring.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Databricks Certified: Generative AI Engineer.
