Description

You will build and expand a next-generation AI chatbot platform for financial advisors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, production-ready solutions using Python and React.
• Integrate and enhance AI capabilities using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Add new agents, features, and UI enhancements to the platform.
• Write clear technical documentation and define functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development expertise with Python.
• Proven ability to build customer-facing applications using React.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with agent-to-agent (A2A) patterns and AI orchestration.
• Experience working within enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or banking.
• Experience with blockchain technologies.
