You will engineer and deploy advanced AI agents capable of complex reasoning and decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual knowledge integration.
• Develop, integrate, and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party tools.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement AI-driven features with seamless developer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience developing autonomous agents and agentic workflows using LangChain or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in RAG architectures, including vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor AI for development and agent orchestration.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration setups.
