Description

You will design and build intelligent AI systems, focusing on autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and scalable orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector stores.
• Develop agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party tools.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype and deploy agent-based applications.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs for model access and service orchestration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience developing autonomous agents using LangChain or AutoGen.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor AI for development and orchestration.
• Proficiency in RAG architectures, including vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering and tool calling setups.
