Description

You will design and deploy intelligent AI agents that reason, act, and interact across tools and data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for autonomous decision-making and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual knowledge integration.
• Build and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party services.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype, debug, and deploy agent-based applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing autonomous agents using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise with Cursor AI for development, debugging, and agent orchestration.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, including vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), embedding models, and retrieval tuning.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong grasp of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
• Experience with multi-agent collaboration setups.
