Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled decision intelligence products within healthcare systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML software solutions using Python, PySpark, and Java to drive business outcomes.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Implement knowledge graphs with Neo4j and deploy GraphRag to optimize LLM responses for production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product managers through the full product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers in software development best practices and scalable system design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Java.
• Extensive experience building UIs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).
• Proven experience implementing knowledge graphs, ideally using Neo4j, in production.
• Experience implementing GraphRag to improve LLM performance.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in public cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP frameworks and machine learning model deployment.
• Familiarity with graph database technologies beyond Neo4j.
• Background in developing healthcare-related software for clinical or operational use.
