Good to Have Skills: AI-generated code validation, guardrail implementation, observability, CI/CD for AI systems, full-stack delivery experience, domain fluency and contextual judgment, business-outcome orientation. Experience with enterprise AI builders and automation platforms, intelligent incident routing, and model lifecycle management would be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate multi-agent coding pipelines and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
• Specify intent prompts for AI coding agents and review and validate AI-generated code for quality and correctness.
• Design and build RAG pipelines, vector stores and knowledge bases so agents are grounded and accurate.
• Deploy and operate LLMs and agents in production while monitoring drift and implementing safety guardrails.
• Build AI-embedded workflows and applications using enterprise AI builders and automation platforms.
• Automate L1/L2 operations using AIOps tooling and intelligent incident routing systems.
• Build, ship and operate AI-native systems end to end in small Frontier pods.
• Take ownership of measured customer outcomes and permanently maintain production systems.

Experience Required: 3-10 years of technical delivery experience with strong AI-tool fluency. Must pass the Frontier CoE assessment covering full-stack delivery including Dev, Infra, Cloud, Production, Domain plus AI foundations.
